Illinois Licensed Senior IT Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a leading multi-site Orthodontic DSO, the part-time Illinois Licensed Senior IT Project Manager will drive the RFP and vendor selection process for a new Practice Management System, manage complex integrations, and ensure user adoption while collaborating with executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structured demos, reference checks, scorecard development, and contract negotiations for vendor selection
• Translate technical architecture and integration requirements into actionable business decisions for stakeholders
• Manage technical workstreams and ensure smooth post-go-live change management and user adoption

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise IT program management experience with a PMP certification
• Experience with at least two full PMS or EHR replacement cycles in multi-site healthcare organizations
• Proven expertise in RFP/vendor selection processes, including scorecarding and contract negotiations
• Strong integration experience in a Microsoft ecosystem (E5, Entra ID, Intune)
• Ability to manage third-party IT MSP relationships collaboratively
