Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Certified Medical Assistant / Registered Medical Assistant for a part-time position in Endocrinology.

Key Responsibilities

• Room patients by collecting relevant medical history and information
• Perform administrative tasks including patient check-in, scheduling, and managing referrals
• Assist with medical procedures and provide patient education as directed by providers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) from recognized organizations
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
• Experience as a Certified Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting
• Competencies in point of care testing and equipment handling
