Key Responsibilities

• Represent insured individuals and the company in bodily injury and liability matters
• Manage all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, and trials
• Provide legal advice to claims professionals and collaborate with legal colleagues

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation experience, focusing on bodily injury or insurance defense
• First or second chair jury trial experience in bodily injury cases preferred
• Experience handling auto liability and bodily injury claims from inception to resolution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic filing systems
• Active membership in good standing with the Illinois State Bar and Juris Doctor (JD) degree
