Job Summary

A company is looking for a Settlement Attorney to support its practice in complex litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Master Settlement Agreements (MSAs) and draft settlement documents while tracking key deliverables and deadlines
• Coordinate with settlement administrators and defense counsel to implement settlement terms and manage logistics
• Conduct legal research related to settlement structuring and maintain documentation for precision and auditability

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of legal experience in settlement administration or complex litigation
• Experience with large-scale settlements and coordination with third-party administrators
• Familiarity with Master Settlement Agreements (MSAs) and related settlement structures
• J.D. from an accredited law school and an active bar license in good standing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and managing settlement data
