Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to provide outpatient services through a telehealth program.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health and substance use disorder treatment through telehealth services

Required Qualifications

• Masters in Counseling Degree with at least 6 months of therapy or assessment experience
• Must hold a valid LPC license in the state of Illinois
• Comfortable with technology and adapting to a fast-paced environment
