Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or non-licensed master's degree in behavioral health or human services required
• LSW (Licensed Social Worker) required
• 2 years' experience in behavioral health, social services, or a related field preferred
• Experience in case management and discharge planning preferred
• Proficiency with standard corporate software applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
