Illinois Licensed Social Worker

Job Summary

Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Social Worker will manage client care remotely, working Monday to Friday with no weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaborate with clients to achieve their goals

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree and active licensure as a Social Worker in Illinois
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred
• Ability to maintain a private workspace compliant with HIPAA standards
