Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Social Worker will manage client care, treatment planning, and utilize technology while working remotely with a Monday to Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient mental health services via telehealth to a diverse patient population
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients
• Utilize telehealth software and communication tools effectively throughout the workday

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in a relevant field and current licensure as a Social Worker
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to maintain a private workspace compliant with HIPAA regulations
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
• Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses
