Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, a full-time Illinois Licensed Social Worker will manage client care and treatment planning while working remotely with a Monday to Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Utilize technology effectively for patient communication and documentation

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in social work and active licensure as a Licensed Social Worker in Illinois
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to maintain a private workspace for patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
• Experience in mental health or substance abuse treatment is advantageous
