Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Social Worker will manage client care and treatment planning while working remotely with a Monday to Friday schedule and no weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals effectively

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in social work and active licensure as a Licensed Social Worker in Illinois
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Ability to maintain a private workspace compliant with HIPAA regulations
