Job Summary
Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Social Worker will manage client treatment plans and conduct therapy sessions remotely, with a Monday to Friday schedule and no weekend work.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct therapy sessions and manage a portfolio of clients via telehealth
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments

Required qualifications
- Master's level degree in social work and current Illinois licensure
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
- Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
