- Assess, evaluate, and treat patients and athletes of all ages in clinical and event settings
- Develop and modify treatment plans based on patient needs and responses
- Document evaluations and treatment plans according to department policy
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Illinois
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- Experience in delivering athletic training services
- Knowledge of EMR system operation for clinical patient care
