Job Summary

Leading a remote team of Arbitration Specialists, the full-time Subrogation Team Manager - Arbitration will develop, mentor, and support team activities to ensure quality work, client satisfaction, and exceptional recovery results.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee team performance, including preparation of scorecards, work inventory audits, and enforcement of policies related to attendance and discipline
• Handle escalated calls and inquiries to ensure maximum departmental performance and client satisfaction
• Mentor specialists by providing guidance and support for daily operations and skill development

Required qualifications

• Five years of relevant Subrogation and/or Insurance experience
• Proven ability to motivate teams and drive maximum department collections
• Strong organizational skills
