Illinois Licensed Supervising Psychiatrist

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth team, the full-time Illinois Licensed Supervising Psychiatrist will provide clinical guidance and supervision to Nurse Practitioners, focusing on collaboration without direct patient care in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners to provide clinical guidance and case consultation
• Conduct chart reviews and audits to ensure high-quality care standards
• Work closely with Clinical Supervisors to maintain consistent care across virtual behavioral health programs

Required qualifications

• MD or DO with a willingness to obtain additional state licenses, preferably in Florida, Illinois, and/or New York
• Board certified in Psychiatry; child/adolescent psychiatry board certification is a plus
• Experience with managed care, Medicaid, and private payers
• Prior experience in a supervisory or collaborative role with Nurse Practitioners
• Experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Treatment and prior telehealth experience
