Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted business advisor
• Oversee the firm's tax, accounting, and consulting services while mentoring staff
• Drive the firm's evolution through technology-enabled processes and contribute to strategic growth initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Active CPA license
• 7-10 years of progressive public accounting experience with strong tax expertise
• 5+ years of management experience, including staff leadership
• Strong understanding of small business accounting and tax planning
• Proficiency with UltraTax and QuickBooks Online (ProAdvisor certification preferred)
