Illinois Licensed Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

To lead and deliver complex gaming operations initiatives, the remote Illinois Licensed Technical Project Manager will manage new installations, system upgrades, and hardware refreshes while coordinating cross-functional teams in the regulated gaming industry on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for gaming system installations, hardware refreshes, and system upgrades
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations
• Utilize SAP and Salesforce for project tracking, reporting, and operational workflows, and communicate project status to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in gaming operations project management
• Strong knowledge of gaming industry regulations, casino operations, and networked systems
• Proven planning, scheduling, and resource management experience
• Ability to pass a Security Background Investigation and obtain a Gaming License
