Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Telehealth Counselor licensed in IL.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and establish treatment plans for clients
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 10 phone or video appointments per day
• Utilize brief, solution-focused interventions and ensure appropriate referrals for long-term treatment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of clinical counseling experience required
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology required
• Independent clinical license required
• Experience providing direct clinical services and solution-focused therapy
• Knowledge of treatment issues and EAP services
