Job Summary

Offering a full-time remote opportunity, the Illinois Licensed Telehealth Physical Therapist will provide patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy services to clients via telehealth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations through telehealth platforms
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals

Required qualifications

• Current Illinois Physical Therapy license
• Experience in telehealth or remote patient care preferred

• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
• Proficiency with telehealth technology and electronic health records
