Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Telehealth Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Illinois.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient intake and follow up consultations for ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) via telemedicine
Engage in collaborative care with member psychotherapists
Work with the care coordinator to streamline workflow and provide feedback on the care management system

Required Qualifications:

Illinois licensure to practice
Minimum 1 year psych-related experience + post boards
DEA registration and comfort with prescribing controlled substances
Ability to quickly synthesize medical and psychiatric information for clinical recommendations
Interest in the field of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy
