Job Summary

To provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults, the remote Illinois Licensed Telehealth Therapist will join a dedicated team, offering flexible scheduling and focusing on client care while administrative tasks are managed by the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver therapy sessions to autistic and neurodivergent adults using evidence-based modalities
• Build and maintain a caseload through client referrals and flexible scheduling
• Participate in peer consultations and specialized training to enhance clinical skills

Required qualifications

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
