Illinois Licensed Telehealth Therapist

Job Summary

Providing individual therapy through a telehealth platform, the part-time Illinois Licensed Telehealth Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LPC) will manage patient assessments, collaborate with clinical teams, and maintain detailed documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy via synchronous video sessions to adults with diverse mental health conditions
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, developing and implementing therapeutic interventions based on treatment goals
• Participate in treatment team meetings and maintain timely clinical documentation in accordance with policies

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited program
• Active state license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, PhD, or PsyD) upon hire
• Minimum of 2 years of therapy experience, particularly with the trans and queer community
• Previous telehealth experience
• Commitment to the FOLX mission and Informed Consent Model of Care
