Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner with an Illinois license.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high standards of care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records while dedicating a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or a Certified Nurse Midwife
- Minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse specializing in women's health
- Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider
- Active state license in Illinois, along with another active state license
- Experience in telemedicine is a plus
