Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Illinois Licensed Telephonic Case Manager will collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to create and implement treatment plans for injured individuals, ensuring appropriate healthcare services and facilitating their return to work.
Key responsibilities
- Manage case workloads by prioritizing and evaluating treatment plans for injured or disabled individuals
- Collaborate with treating physicians and employers to modify job duties and support early return to work
- Conduct assessments and interviews to determine recovery progress and necessary adjustments to treatment plans
Required qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois, in good standing
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
- 2+ years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation
- URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC)
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
