Key responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic triage and prioritize patient assessments
- Execute chronic condition management protocols and provide patient education
- Review abnormal laboratory results and manage clinical communications effectively
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience
- At least 2 years of telephonic patient assessment/triage experience
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- BLS or CPR certification
