Job Summary
To support high-risk individuals, the full-time Illinois Licensed Telephonic Nurse Manager will coordinate patient care, evaluate treatment plans, and manage resources while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Establish collaborative relationships as an intermediary between clients, patients, employers, providers, and attorneys
- Assess and implement care plans to meet the needs of injured or disabled individuals, ensuring quality and cost-effective care
- Document ongoing case management activities and maintain organized clinical records for all claims
Required qualifications
- Active RN License in Illinois, with a preference for compact state licensing
- At least 3 years of experience in Telephonic Case Management (TCM) preferred
- Experience with Workers' Compensation or Disability Management
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Associate degree required; BSN or relevant certifications are a plus
