Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote Illinois Licensed Therapist will provide therapy-focused services to clients, set their own hours, and manage a flexible caseload in a contract role with no marketing required.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct live video sessions and provide asynchronous care to clients
- Manage intake and discharge processes for clients while maintaining documentation
- Work independently with provided clients, focusing on therapy without claims or billing tasks
Required qualifications
- Active Illinois state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP)
- CAQH number for independent practice capability
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access
- Commitment to providing therapy-focused services without engaging in marketing or outreach
- Willingness to average 30 hours per week for health stipend eligibility (for full-time caseloads)
