Job Summary

Overseeing daily execution of high-stakes trading operations, the full-time Illinois Licensed Trading Operations Director will manage the Trade Desk and Platform Support Desk, ensuring compliance and efficiency while driving process improvements and cross-departmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive real-time execution for the Trade Desk and Platform Support Desk, ensuring timely and compliant service delivery
• Act as the primary operational owner for the proprietary trading platform's customer support experience and manage high-volume client escalations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational processes and ensure adherence to regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Series 3 license required; Series 30 license preferred or willingness to obtain
• Minimum 7 years of experience in trading operations, brokerage, or platform support within an NFA/CFTC-regulated environment
• Proven leadership experience managing live Trade Desks or high-volume FinTech Operations teams
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and live-market risk management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
