Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager to join their Brokerage team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage lease transactions and provide market advice to clients
• Enhance client transaction management processes and handle a high volume of transactions
• Oversee co-brokers for lease transactions and manage analyst responsibilities throughout the deal process

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial real estate transaction or leasing experience
• Real estate brokerage or salesperson's license
• Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners and clients
• Project management capabilities, including multi-tasking and prioritization
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
