Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Weight Management Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth patient care both synchronously and asynchronously via an app
• Manage a panel of up to 250 patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Implement evidence-based treatment strategies and create lasting relationships with patients

Required Qualifications

• Current PA-C or NP license in Illinois
• Current DEA license in Illinois
• Ability to work autonomously and with a diverse patient population
• Experience in obesity medicine or a related background is a plus
• Experience with telemedicine and remote care is advantageous
