Job Summary

Managing complex workers' compensation claims, the fully remote Illinois Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, ensure effective communication with involved parties, and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims
• Interact extensively with clients and claimants to facilitate effective claim resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are managed
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Experience with claims and business software
