Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Illinois Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster will manage and resolve complex workers compensation claims, applying analytical skills and ensuring effective communication with all parties involved in the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims while making informed decisions
• Interact with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity efficiently, adhering to clients' and corporate policies

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
