Job Summary

Experienced in managing complex claims, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will utilize their 5+ years of adjusting experience to analyze claims exposure, resolve claims, and provide exceptional customer service to clients and claimants.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve workers compensation claims while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity promptly to support the outcomes of claims

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active adjusters' license in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Proficiency in claims and business software
