Job Summary

Experienced Illinois Licensed Workers Compensation Adjusters will find a fully remote opportunity to manage complex claims, analyze exposure, and ensure effective communication with all parties involved while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims using analytical skills
• Interact with various parties to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
