Job Summary

Working fully remotely, the Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will manage complex claims, utilizing at least 5 years of experience to analyze exposure, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to claimants while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
