Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will manage complex claims, analyze exposure, and ensure effective communication with all parties involved in the claims process while demonstrating empathy and adherence to corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
• Interact with various parties to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity efficiently to support outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in applicable states
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
