Job Summary

A company is looking for an EDW Medicaid Subject Matter Expert/Data Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and recommendations for Medicaid data warehouse implementation and operations
• Lead stakeholders in complex processes related to claims processing, eligibility, and third-party liability
• Identify state Medicaid agency data needs and propose solutions based on best practices

Required Qualifications

• Over ten years of experience in information technology, with five years working with State Medicaid agencies
• More than five years as a subject matter expert for CMS and State Medicaid federal reporting
• Understanding of claims, recipient eligibility, and provider enrollment data processes
• Advanced SQL proficiency with experience analyzing large Medicaid data sets in an EDW environment
• Knowledge of CMS reporting requirements and covered programs
