Illinois Pharmacy Adjudication Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote LTC Pharmacy Adjudication Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with communities regarding expensive, non-formulary, and incomplete medication orders
• Coordinate Medicare D claims adjudication and assist with data entry and customer account management
• Act as a liaison between patients, community staff, and third parties to resolve claim issues

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Pharmacy Technician License and/or Certification (CPhT) as per State requirements
• Minimum one year of data entry experience
• General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology
