Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician Coordinator who will provide coordination and leadership for workflows and process improvement within a specialized operational area.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily services and functions of the specialized role at multiple ministries, managing relationships and workflows
- Serve as a resource for stakeholders, solving complex problems and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Conduct reviews and audits, monitor KPIs, and lead the implementation of operational changes and advancements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
- Three years' experience as a pharmacy technician or in a relevant healthcare field
- Registered Pharmacy Technician certification required for the state of work location
- Ability to meet physical requirements including frequent lifting and use of vision and hearing
- Willingness to complete registration application processes as required by state regulations
