Job Summary
Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time Illinois Program Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for Account Executives and clients, overseeing program management, profitability goals, and strategic meetings to ensure program success.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal departments to manage the lifecycle of eCommerce programs, ensuring compliance with business requirements and brand guidelines
- Analyze project details and communicate changes to clients and stakeholders while managing expectations and timelines
- Drive profitability by executing sales and marketing plans, identifying new opportunities, and optimizing program performance
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree required
- Minimum of 3+ years of account or program management experience
- Previous experience in the promotional products industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Basic knowledge of marketing and accounting principles
