Job Summary

Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time Illinois Program Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for Account Executives and clients, overseeing program management, profitability goals, and strategic meetings to ensure program success.

Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree required
  • Minimum of 3+ years of account or program management experience
  • Previous experience in the promotional products industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic knowledge of marketing and accounting principles
