Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Regional Representative 2W.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle escalated account and payer issues, including complex edits and appeals
• Assist in training staff and identify payer and system issues for process improvements
• Participate in meetings with payer representatives to optimize reimbursement and minimize denials

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred
• One year of customer service experience in healthcare or a related field required
• Revenue cycle denial experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
