Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Regional Representative 2W - Contract, Credit and Variances.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle escalated account and payer issues, including complex edits and appeals
• Assist in training and educating staff for accuracy in billing and reimbursement processes
• Identify payer and system issues to initiate project requests for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Two years of experience in healthcare business office operations and customer service
• Experience as a high performer in Accounts Receivable Representative 2 is acceptable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to handle advanced level tasks related to billing and reimbursement
