Illinois Salesforce Solution Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting and enhancing the Salesforce ecosystem, the full-time Salesforce Solution Analyst will serve as the primary administrator for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Cloud while managing data engineering and analytics initiatives remotely from Crystal Lake, Illinois.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce custom objects, workflows, and security settings while managing user access and integrations
• Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines, develop advanced SQL queries, and create dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that drive data quality and actionable insights

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a production environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Flows
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, BI development, or analytics engineering
• Advanced SQL skills with experience building and optimizing data pipelines
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau, along with Python scripting and Salesforce APIs
