Key Responsibilities

• Proactively plan and execute comprehensive user research while maintaining transparency with stakeholders
• Utilize a variety of research methods to gather insights, including interviews, surveys, and usability studies
• Foster stakeholder relationships to unify existing research efforts and insights across the customer journey

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in professional research roles, preferably in the manufacturing or PLM domain
• Proficient in mixed-method research models (qualitative and quantitative)
• Strategic thinker with the ability to recommend and apply effective research methodologies
