Key Responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine the appropriate course of action for claims resolution
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claims process to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
• Document and manage claim activities in accordance with clients' and corporate policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in states where claims are handled
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
