Ilocano-English Interpreter

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ilocano-English Interpreter for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer calls professionally and adhere to the Interpreter's code of conduct
• Take notes during calls and be familiar with industry-specific vocabulary, particularly in healthcare
• Participate in internal professional training and be open to obtaining new certifications

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency/bilingual/native level in English and Ilocano
• 1+ years of interpreting experience with knowledge of medical terminology
• International certifications in healthcare industry are a plus
• High school diploma in native language and high emotional intelligence
• Tolerance of different cultures and high level of memory retention skills
