IMACC Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting client review processes, the full-time salaried IMACC Analyst will perform basic certificate of insurance reviews, gain proficiency in key systems, and ensure timely task completion while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Execute basic certificate reviews with a focus on accuracy and completeness
• Gain proficiency in systems such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, TrustLayer, and myCOI to support daily tasks
• Develop effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet departmental turnaround times

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn internal systems quickly
• Basic knowledge of General Liability, Workers Compensation, and Umbrella insurance policies preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines
