Image Management Coordinator
Job Summary
Managing clinical imaging data for research trials, the full-time remote Image Management Coordinator will be responsible for data entry, project coordination, and ensuring data integrity through tracking, reconciliation, and communication with internal teams and external research centers.
Key responsibilities
- Perform data entry in Core Lab electronic systems and maintain image data files
- Track and reconcile data while communicating with project teams and research centers
- Facilitate electronic transfer of large image-based data and troubleshoot issues with remote centers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; experience in clinical research or a computer-related field preferred
- Strong administrative skills with effective communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management tasks
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with radiological images and DICOM is a plus
