Image Packager
Job Summary
Responsible for creating, testing, deploying, and maintaining desktop and laptop operating system images, the remote Image Packager will manage software packaging and ensure end-user devices meet customer standards and security requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and deploy Windows operating system images
- Package and distribute software applications for enterprise deployment
- Troubleshoot imaging and deployment failures while executing quality assurance testing
Required qualifications
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in desktop engineering, image packaging, or endpoint management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11 administration and Microsoft Intune/Autopilot
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and application packaging technologies
- Strong scripting skills, preferably in PowerShell
- Familiarity with quality assurance and deployment validation processes
