Image Review Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Reviewing and evaluating computer images of license plates, the full-time Image Review Customer Service Representative will ensure accurate identification and processing of license plate details while working under close supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Reviews images of license plates to identify and document details such as license numbers and plate types
• Identifies lane issues and resolves illegible or problematic images while achieving productivity and accuracy standards
• Handles sensitive information with confidentiality and provides feedback on image quality to facilitate corrective actions

Required qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Minimum accurate data entry speed of 7,000 characters per hour
• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
• Intermediate proficiency in using technology such as computers and web browsers
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
