Job Summary

Reviewing and evaluating computer images of license plates, the full-time Image Review Customer Service Representative will ensure accurate identification and processing of license plate details while working under close supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Review images of license plates to identify and document details such as license numbers and plate types
• Resolve illegible or problematic images and provide feedback on image quality
• Achieve productivity standards while adhering to established policies and data security requirements

Required qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• Minimum accurate data entry speed of 7,000 characters per hour
• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
• Intermediate proficiency in using technology, including computers and web browsers
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
